One Year Already?

And, an amazing year a that! May 26th will mark my one year anniversary selling my hair accessories on Etsy. Thank you to all my friends and family for supporting me and my business and helping make Cute & Sweet a super success! I never would have thought I would still be doing this in full swing. Everyday new oppurtunities are opening up for Cute & Sweet and new sales are rolling in. I've sold my "So Cute" style bows wholesale to a boutique in Utah and am consigning my woven headbands in a boutique in Illinois. I've "met" so many new, interesting, and creative people through my teams on Etsy( WIST, EtsyMom, EtsyKids, & FAM), through My Space, Posh Mamas and of course all my wonderful customers both online and off!

A full year of designing new and fun, but simple hair accessories for little princesses, and I still haven't gotten bored! My head is overwhelmed with new ideas and my craft area and supplies is...well...ridiculous. (That's what my husband would say, at least!) I've turned into a Ribbon-A-Holic! It's not only me now, my daughter loves to hang out in the ribbon aisles with me at the craft stores and I do find myself asking for her opinion on ribbon colors and patterns. I appreciate her help--afterall, I'm creating items for little girls just like her--and she has an excellent sense of style!

So, I'm no Oprah or anything, but what would be the point of celebrating a successful year of business without any Super Special Sales & and lots of new items!!(wink, wink). Maybe a giveaway or two? (This is where is you all scream and jump out of your chairs ):P
